We just got back from 3 days at the Oregon Coast with my mom and dad. We spent the first day enjoying the beauty of Seaside and The Promenade. The place where we stay in Seaside is about 1 mile south of Broadway on The Promenade at a friend's condo. The walk to all the fun shops and goodies is a refreshing 20 or so minutes on the paved walk along the beach. Saturday we went down to Cannon Beach and flew Zoe's new kite by Haystack Rock (in the top photo). Eve just liked throwing rocks into the water. This day was overcast and drizzly, a perfect Oregon Coast day! After cleaning up on Sunday morning, we headed out to Tillamook to the cheese factory to see the cheesemakers at work. Happy cows definitely come from Oregon. :) Thanks for the trip Mom and Dad!
