We just got back from 3 days at the Oregon Coast with Aaron's family. We had a wonderful time bonding with our 14 month old nephew, Ben, playing a little Mexican Train (gonna have to work on Settler's of Catan, I was pretty bad), warm coffee, and spending time chatting with family. I could go on and on about my nephew! He is amazing and is the cutest 14 month old in the world. We had so much fun at the beach!

The coast looks great... and Evie made me sad. :-(
But, because I'm your friend, Margaret, here's a really good strategy guide for Settlers of Catan:

It's compiled by another guy & was on my old gaming website.
Thanks Mark! I'll have to check out that link. I think it's a game I will enjoy playing, there was just so much to think about my first time out.
whoa, are you guys wearing winter coats up there already? are you sure you don't miss the wonderful summers of fresno yet??? :)
Haha! The beach was beautiful, but windy. The cold cut right to the bone! I guess it's just a foreshadowing of things to come. However, since we got back from the beach, it has been about 85-95 degrees outside, so now we're getting the heat.
